China Resources Verlinvest Senior Care Co., LTD (CRVSC) is an investment platform of the Joint Venture between CR Enterprise and Verlinvest, a leading family owned evergreen investment group from Belgium. The investment platform focuses on senior care business in China and aims to build a "World-class and China specific” senior care services platform by maximizing the advantages of both shareholders. The platform has acquired 5 high-quality senior care service companies, namely Shanghai Redsun, Guangzhou Yihe, Beijing Huafang, Chengdu Born and Chongqing Hezhan, located in four key developmental areas in China. As of June 2022, CRVSC has more than 40 nursing homes providing more than 9,000 beds.
