Ms. Cheng Jie is the Chairman of China Resources Enterprise Ltd. (CR Enterprise).Before taking up the current role as Chairman, she was General manager of the Finance Department of China Resources Group, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager of the Finance Department of China Resources Gas (Group) Co., Ltd.

Ms. Cheng holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the School of Business Administration, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She joined China Resources Group in 2005.

Mr. C. L. Chue is Director and President of China Resource Enterprise.He was appointed as Vice President of CR Enterprise，Assistant General Managerof CR Property.

Mr. Chue holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and joined China Resource Group in 2016.

Mr. Qian Jian is Director of China Resource Enterprise. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager of China Resources Property Limited and General Manager of Chinese Arts & Crafts (H.K.) Limited,Vice President of CR Enterprise.Prior to that, Mr. Qian worked at Hainan China Resources Shimei Bay Tourism Development Co., Ltd and China Resources Development and Investment Co., Limited, has extensive experience in company management. He joined China Resources Group in 1992.

Mr. Ma Wen Jie is Chief Financial Officer of CR Enterprise.  He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of China Resources Group.  Mr. Ma has extensive experience in auditing and financial management.

Mr. Ma holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He joined China Resources Group in 2010.

Dr. Lee is Director of the Board and Vice President of CR Enterprise, Chief Strategy Officer (Greater Bay Area) of China Resources Group. Dr. Lee is the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the NPC Standing Committee，Member of Seventh Legislative Council, Member of Commercial (Third) Subsector of The Election Committee, Chairperson of the Basic Law Foundation, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Values Education, Education Bureau, HKSAR. Dr. Lee has served as the convener of the Financial Group and Legal Group of the "Hong Kong Participation in The Belt and Road Initiative" project of the Counselor's Office of the State Council, the PIFS consultant of Law School, Harvard University and a visiting scholar of Law School, The University of Hong Kong.He was awarded the Medal of Honor (M.H.) in 2016, selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2017, and awarded a Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 2019.

Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Law, Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2012.

Ms. Xu Lifen is Vice President of the China Resource Enterprise.She was appointed as  Vice President of Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Xu also served as Director in the Strategic Management Department of China Resources Group.  She has extensive experience in strategic management and investment management, with prior tenure at several internationally renowned consulting and investment advisory firms.

Ms. Xu holds a Master of Management degree in Management Science and Engineering from the School of Management, Zhejiang University and joined China Resources Group in 2010.

Mr. Zhang Xiaobo is Vice President of China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as Professional Director of the Supervision Department of China Resources Group. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in public administration, talent development and social work. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University and joined China Resources Group in 2019.
