Mr. Chen Ying
Mr. Chen Ying is Chairman of China Resources Enterprise Ltd (CR Enterprise). He is also Assistant President of China Resources Group (CR Group).
Before taking up the current role as Chairman, Mr. Chen was the Chief Strategy Officer of CR Group, Managing Director of CR Land (Beijing) Holdings, Non-Executive Director of CR Cement, CR Power, CR Gas and CR Land.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Management from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He joined CR Group in 1993.
Mr. Wang Yan
Mr. Wang Yan is Director and President of China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as the General Manager of the Audit Department of China Resourcess Group, and successively served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of CR Petroleum, Director and Deputy General Manager of CR Gas. He has extensive experienc in auditing, finance, and risk control.
Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Department of Finance and Accounting of Capital University of Economics and Business, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) . Mr. Wang joined China Resources Group in 1994.
Mr. Qian Jian
Mr. Qian Jian is Vice President of CR Enterprise. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager of China Resources Property Limited and General Manager of Chinese Arts & Crafts (H.K.) Limited. Prior to that, Mr. Qian worked at Hainan China Resources Shimei Bay Tourism Development Co., Ltd and China Resources Development and Investment Co., Limited, has extensive experience in company management. He joined China Resources Group in 1992.
Mr. Feng Kai
Mr. Feng Kai is Vice President of CR Enterprise. Mr. Feng was appointed as Assistant General Manager of CR Ng Fung. Prior to that, Mr. Feng worked at CR Land，he has more than 10 years of experience in real estate investment and management.Mr. Feng holds dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. He joined CR Group in 2004.
Mr. Calvin Tuen-Muk
Mr. Calvin Tuen-Muk is Chief Financial Officer of CR Enterprise. He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of China Resources Group. He had worked for bank, Chinese enterprises and multinational enterprises, and also served as the treasurer of the Company,director of China Resources Beer and director of China Resources Vanguard. Mr. Calvin Tuen-Muk has extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management, financial risk and internal control and accounting management.
Mr. Calvin Tuen-Muk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong and a Master's Degree in Finance from the City University of Hong Kong, as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Qualification Certificate (Asset Management).He joined China Resources Group in 2009.
Mr. Chue Cheuk Lun
Mr. C. L. Chue is Vice President of China Resource Enterprise.He is also Chairman of CR Enterprise Property Investment. He was appointed as Assistant General Manager and Director of the Environmental Health and Safety Department of CR Property. Mr. Chue has extensive corporation management experience in business region management, project operation management, property operation and expansion. Mr. Chue holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and joined China Resource Group in 2016.
Mr. Zhi Zhe
Mr. Zhi Zhe is Vice President of CR Enterprise. Mr. Zhi was appointed as Deputy General Manager of CR Life Sciences Group Limited, and Assistant General Manager of Strategy Management Department of CR Group. Mr. Zhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and he joined CR Group in 2012.
Mr. Li Nan
Mr. Li Nan is Vice President of CR Enterprise.He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Coffee ( Hong Kong and Overseas).He was appointed as Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager of Engineering Department at China Resources Property Co., Ltd and General Manager of Hong Kong Kapok Hotel Apartments.
Mr. Li holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the Department of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2002.
Dr. Simon Hoey LEE, M.H., JP
Dr. Lee is Director of the Board and Vice President of CR Enterprise, Chief Strategy Officer (Greater Bay Area) of China Resources Group. Dr. Lee is the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the NPC Standing Committee，Member of Seventh Legislative Council, Member of Commercial (Third) Subsector of The Election Committee, Chairperson of the Basic Law Foundation, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Values Education, Education Bureau, HKSAR. Dr. Lee has served as the convener of the Financial Group and Legal Group of the "Hong Kong Participation in The Belt and Road Initiative" project of the Counselor's Office of the State Council, the PIFS consultant of Law School, Harvard University and a visiting scholar of Law School, The University of Hong Kong.He was awarded the Medal of Honor (M.H.) in 2016, selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2017, and awarded a Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 2019.
Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Law, Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2012.
