Mr. Chen Ying
Mr. Chen Ying is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of China Resources Enterprise. He is also Assistant General Manager of China Resources Group.
Before taking up the current role as Chairman, Mr. Chen was the Chief Strategy Officer of CR Group, Managing Director of CR Land (Beijing) Holdings, Non-Executive Director of CR Cement, CR Power, CR Gas and CR Land.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Management from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He joined China Resources Group. in 1993.
Mr. Tomakin Lai Po Sing
Mr. Tomakin Lai Po Sing is Director of the Board, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Enterprise.He was appointed as the Finance Director and Audit Director of the Company. Mr. Lai had worked for international accounting firms in Hong Kong SAR, and also acted as the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Zhong An Real Estate Limited, China Oriental Group Company Limited and Hon Po Group (Lobster King) Limited, which are listed companies on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Lai has extensive experience in internal and external auditing, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance, and company secretarial matters.
Mr. Lai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Mr. Lai is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong SAR and in the UK, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the UK and of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a Certified Internal Auditor, as well as holding other professional qualifications. He joined China Resources Enterprise in 2008.
Mr. Xiang Ming
Mr. Xiang Ming is Director of the Board at China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Company Limited, Vice Chairman of the Board at China Resources Asset Management Limited Company. Before he joined China Resources Group in 1989, Mr. Xiang had been worked as a Staff Member of a textile factory in Yantai, Shandong.
Mrs. Kerry Zhang Kaiyu
Mrs. Kerry Zhang Kaiyu is Director of the Board at China Resources Enterprise. She joined China Resources Group in 2011 and was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Strategic Management Department, responsible for strategic management in technology industry, medical science and healthcare. Meanwhile, she was appointed as Director of the Board at Genesis Care Pty Limited in 2016, and now acting as a member of China Committee. She is also a member of Investment Committee at China Resources Verlinvest Health Investment Limited, Director of the Board at Nativus Company Limited. Before 2011, Mrs. Zhang was appointed as Global Strategy Director and Finance Director, APAC at the Valspar Corporation; Finance Director and Executive Director of the Board at the subsidiary of the Valspar Corporation; Business Director, China-Indochina Peninsula and Executive Director of the Board, Thailand Headquarter at Reckitt Benckiser; Finance Director at Guangzhou Pepsi-Cola Beverage Company Limited.
With her 30 years of experience in management, Mrs. Zhang has overseen corporate international strategy research, national strategies in emerging markets, establishment of regional operation strategy, configuration and coordination of business development and regional resources, planning and establishment of global management consulting platform, localization of corporate governance and implementation plans, organizational design and structure, as well as other professional skills.
Mrs. Zhang holds an Master’s Degree of Business Administration jointly awarded by Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Sciences from Sun Yat-Sen University, PRC.
Mr. Geng Jian
Mr. Geng Jian is Director of the Board at China Resources Enterprise. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager and Director of the Board at China Resources Ng Fung Limited, General Manager of Shanghai Ng Fung SS Food Company Limited, and General Manager of Ng Fung Hong Limited. Mr. Geng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of International Business and Economics. He joined China Resources Group in 1989.
