Mr. Chen Ying
Mr. Chen Ying is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of China Resources Enterprise Ltd (CR Enterprise). He is also Assistant General Manager of China Resources Group (CR Group).
Before taking up the current role as Chairman, Mr. Chen was the Chief Strategy Officer of CR Group, Managing Director of CR Land (Beijing) Holdings, Non-Executive Director of CR Cement, CR Power, CR Gas and CR Land.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Management from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He joined CR Group in 1993.
Mr. An Xing
Mr. An Xing is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of CR Enterprise. He was appointed as Assistant President and Director of Information Management at CR Power Holdings Company Limited, Assistant General Manager of Information Management Department and Consulting Director at CR Group. Before Mr. An joined CR Group in 2009, he had worked at Oracle Corporation with more than 20 years of experience in informatization and management. Mr. An holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Tomakin Lai Po Sing
Mr.Tomakin Lai Po Sing is Director of the Board, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CR Enterprise.He was appointed as the Finance Director and Audit Director of the Company. Mr. Lai had worked for international accounting firms in Hong Kong SAR, and also acted as the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Zhong An Real Estate Limited, China Oriental Group Company Limited and Hon Po Group (Lobster King) Limited, which are listed companies on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Lai has extensive experience in internal and external auditing, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance, and company secretarial matters.
Mr. Lai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Mr. Lai is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong SAR and in the UK, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the UK and of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a Certified Internal Auditor, as well as holding other professional qualifications. He joined China Resources Enterprise in 2008.
Mr. Chan Man-Ho, Brian
Mr. Chan is Vice President and Chief Counsel of CR Enterprise. He has worked at Hong Kong international law firms and was appointed as Deputy Director / Deputy General Manager of Legal Compliance Department at CR Group with more than 30 years of experience in law. He has extensive experience in M&A, civil and commercial laws, compliance monitoring and other professional skills.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s degree of Laws and a Master’s degree of Laws. He is a practising solicitor in Hong Kong SAR and he joined China Resources Group in 2011.
Mr. Feng Kai
Mr. Feng Kai is Vice President of CR Enterprise. Mr. Feng was appointed as Assistant General Manager of CR Ng Fung. Prior to that, Mr. Feng worked at CR Land，he has more than 10 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Mr. Feng holds dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. He joined CR Group in 2004.
Mr. Chue Cheuk Lun
Mr. Chue Cheuk Lun is Vice President of CR Enterprise. He was appointed as Assistant General Manager and Director of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Department at CR Property Limited. Before he joined CR Group in 2016, he had worked in various conglomerates such as Zhongmao, responsible for regional business management, project operation management, property operation and business development. Mr. Chu has extensive experience in company management and he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Zhi Zhe
Mr. Zhi Zhe is Vice President of CR Enterprise. Mr. Zhi was appointed as Deputy General Manager of CR Life Sciences Group Limited, and Assistant General Manager of Strategy Management Department of CR Group. Mr. Zhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and he joined CR Group in 2012.
Mr. Li Nan
Mr. Li Nan is Vice President of CR Enterprise. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager of Engineering Department at China Resources Property Co., Ltd and General Manager of Hong Kong Kapok Hotel Apartments.
Mr. Li holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the Department of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2002.
