Consumer goods fund

CR Enterprise focuses on consumer goods, supply chain, consumer technology and logistics and other large consumption areas. It has established three consumer goods funds and continues to focus on leading enterprises in segmented areas that have synergistic effects with China Resources consumer industry. CRE Alliance Fund in December 2017, the completed asset management scale of 505 million US dollars；CR Runxiang Alliance Fund is a private equity joint venture between China Resources Group and Hunan Province, initiated by China Resources Enterprise (CRE), China Resources Capital (CR Capital) and Hunan Provincial Finance Management Platform – Hunan Chasing Financial, with a fund size of 1 billion CNY. CR State-Regulated Xiamen Consumption Fund was jointly established by China Resources Capital Management Co., Ltd., China Resources Enterprise Ltd., Chengtong Fund Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen OCT Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Pop Mart Culture and Creative Co., Ltd., Xiamen municipal- and district-level guidance funds and the Xiang'an District People's Government of Xiamen City, with a fund size of 2 billion CNY.

CR Enterprise Aquatic Platform Co.

Established in 2018, CR Enterprise Aquatic Platform Co. consists of procurement platform, supply chain platform and distribution platform, operating and managing imported fishery products. CRE Aquatic Platform is based in Hong Kong SAR and takes root in the Greater Bay Area, with the development strategy of CR Group - “Providing good products, good supply chains and good channels” to drive its development in the industry. Backed against its first bonded logistics center in the country and the forth aquatic production processing center which acquired Raw Fishery Product Processor License (Category 2206), CRE Aquatic Platform established the brand of "Ng Fung Fish Market", in order to build a network of imported food trading and processing in the Greater Bay Area, providing comprehensive fishery product solutions and services.
